People tell me that I am charming and love to flirt, but innocently. I love my two grown children and my grandchildren and like to spend time with them. I have a strong sense of family but also would like to find a nice network of friends to socialize with. Although I am 77 years old, I feel and act much younger. I am a widower (hate that term). I was happily married and faithful to my wife for almost 45 years. I lost my wife last December to a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease, so I am still in a process of healing. I live in a small town and prefer rural areas. In the past I was a very strong Christian with devout faith. Lately, I have begun to question my faith, but I definitely remain spiritual and I do believe in God. Although I am outgoing, I mostly enjoy simple, natural, and quiet activities such as picnics, walks in the woods, and good conversations. I have a lot of compassion for people who are less fortunate than myself, and would like to feel that I can bring joy to other people's lives. I would like to meet a person who likes the same activities and maybe has a similar history as me. I am originally from Mexico but moved to the U.S. when I was 17. At this point, I am mostly interested in a companion.
