I spend a lot of time in the outdoors and it keeps me young for my age. I'm a big dude (6ft 4in, 230+lb) with a heart to match. I have dark hair with a touch of gray ------- (ok, a lot!) starting to creep in.
I do have an overactive sense of humor once I am comfortable with someone but I tend to be a little shy and quite during the first or second meetings. I have been told that I have good table manners and I enjoy dinning out or at home, (always more enjoyable with someone you care about). I can cook a pretty tasty meal in the kitchen or on a grill and I have a couple of secret recipes that are hmmmm ----- flavorful! I enjoy dancing but don’t get a lot of opportunity anymore. I’m not one to spend much time at bars or clubs by myself so-----. I don’t spend much time in front of a television either but I do enjoy cuddling on the couch while watching a good movie, (yes I will watch a chick flick when with the proper companion). I am also willing to make and share the popcorn. I don’t mind showing a little public affection and tend to be a little old fashioned in that I like to open doors for a lady ------- chivalry is not dead everywhere.
I have a love for animals. That comes natural from being raised on a small farm in southern Michigan. I had horses for many years along with the usual livestock found on a farm. So any pets or animals you may have are fine with me. I currently have a young female Chocolate Lab that's my best bud! Her name is Chewey though she has gotten over that bad habit.
I’m looking for a lady that is active, not a couch potato. I’m not a sitter, I am involved in one project right after another of my own but I always have time to help a neighbor or a friend with theirs.
