I am the youngest of 2 children. I have a sister who is 13 months older than me. Since we are so close in age we have an excellent relationship. I have 2 nieces and 1 nephew who I enjoy spening as much time with as possible. I have a chiuahuah-miniture pincher mix (chipin) named Jade. She is 1 year old and is at my feet 24-7. She is an important part of my life. I never thought I'd be a dog person until I got her.
I was born in San Diego and moved to a small town in Southern Oregon, where I lived until I graduated highschool. After graduation I moved to Portland and attended nanny school. Yes there is a school to become a nanny. After I received my certification I moved to New Jersey to work for a family with a newborn baby. I enjoyed living on the east coast and loved spending my weekends in New York City. While there I had an amazing time exploring the city and seeing several Broadway plays. There is nothing like a Broadway play and that opporunity has really gave me a love for theater. I unfortunatley became very homesick and decided to relocate back to Oregon. I got a job working for a family here in Portland who have 6 children. I have been with the family now off and on for 6 years. I started this job when the youngest child was 4 months old, he is now 6 and I have had the amazing opportunity to watch them all grow up. Now that the children are all in school my job description has grown. I also take care of a lot of the household management issues. I enjoy the hectic schedule as it makes the day go by quickly. With this job I have had amazing opportunities to travel to some amazing places. Having this opportunity has really made me appreciate all the different cultures in the world. Unfortunatley I work 10-15 hours a day and my social life has suffered. I don't even remember the last time I was in a serious relationship, if I even ever was. When I do have a spare moment I enjoy going to the beach. The best time to hit the beach is after a storm. It is amazing to see what washes up on shore. I am a pretty easy going person and like to take life as it comes.
I am looking for someone who has a great personality and sense of humor. I am new to all of this and a little shy at first.
