Hi,
I'm Denise. I'm 43 years young and looking to make friends. I've recently relocated back to the area and am not into the bar scene. I go out, but not looking to meet a guy in a bar. I ride my own Yamaha Virago and enjoy the hell out of blowing out my head that way. I'm not into head games. I like to go out to movies, for walks at the zoo or through the city, beach, beach and beach. I like to get out of work, run home and grab a salad and go to the coast and watch the sun go down. I'm a simple person and enjoy the simple things in life. Cuddling and watching a movie at home is often just as fun as going out. I try to watch what I eat so I am not that crazy about eating out often. I'm a great cook and an even greater baker, so eating in is fine with me. My only child is 20, but I wouldn't mind meeting someone with children. I enjoy them and they seem to enjoy me. Although I'm a female, I HATE shopping. If Levi's are on sale, you go in and grab a few pair, pick up a few tee shirts while you're there and you're good for a season. I'm a tomboy, not into frills and make up. I'm cute enough without it 
I do have to dress nice for work as I am in a corporate environment.
I have a great sense of humor and a sarcastic side. If you can't deal with sarcasm, I'm not the one for you. I'm a native New Yorker but belong in Rhode Island therefore I refer to myself as a "cross-staytah" I hope to be able to go back there and live there again, but for now, some family issues have brought me back to NY and this is where I will have to be for a while. You see my interests, so you also see I am TOTALLY lost living on this friggin mountain!
I'm independent and can handle my own, but it's nice to have someone to relate to and to talk to after a long week. I love my cats but I fear for my mental health with the conversations we are having these days.
