I am a very independent man who is honest and caring with good communication skills looking for a woman with similar traits.....hmmmm, let me break this down: I don't think I'm honest to a fault, but a woman close to me knows without saying, that she can trust me. Over the years I have found that Caring has given me strength, and I have learned that it is part of the window to your soul. Certainly expression of faith and love should be a part of the communication you have with your mate.
Describing myself is so much easier when I talk to someone...I love to laugh, and I am so interested in hearing about something new in one's life...I enjoy the mental pictures I get when listening to a story or happening in someones life........you know, the old snapshots and reminders you get when you relate to the other person's experiences.
Yes, I am independent, but come on, you get that way the longer you live here on this planet...I believe in all truths, so it's possible to change when it really counts. I know about most of my faults, and I try not to find fault in my mate....thats important to me..
Needless to say, good communication can overcome a lot of obstacles when you're developing a relationship......and I try so very hard to make things work....just ask my ex's lol
....and Bonding.....it must be an ongoing thing, and I feel that a couple should always be aware of it, and remind each other of the feelings they have for one another......tis never taken for granted.
I live by myself near Chicago Illinois....right off of the tip of Lake Michigan, so......I do go fishing quite often, I love the outdoors...and Homer, my dog and I go for walks and rides when the weather permits. I have several aquariums, a vivarium, and I like to play online 3rd person and strategy games. I have a passion for good movies and I read novels when one comes my way. I like anything history....
Actually, since I like to talk and tell stories, I am an open book for most questions....and I promise to try to listen.....
