News flash: dark text on dark background is not good by dustin at 2/3/2008 11:05:08 AM Why do people make their profiles impossible to read? Dark text on a dark background? Light text on a light background? Or my favorite, any color text on a crazy background image that makes the whole thing impossible to read and almost gives me a seizure while looking at it. This is the consequence of letting people design their profiles however they want. But it's sad that some of these people won't get many messages because you can't even read their profiles. People, here is some advice, please take it. If you are using dark text, use a light background color. Or vice versa. And don't use complex background images. Keep things simple and clean if you want your profile to look any good. And for the love of god don't put 100 flash objects or images in your profile. Some people are on dialup believe it or not and don't need to wait 10 minutes for your profile to download. end rant.
