INVISIBLE PROFILE FRIEND INVITES

I don't know how the other ladies out there feel but I don't accept these "Friend" invites from men who have Invisible Profiles.
Who knows what kind of person is on the other side of the invite?  Would I want to be on his Friends List? Would I want him on mine? Is he a decent human being or his he a rude disgusting pig who degrades women?
I have had a negative experience with a member who I declined and told him it was because his profile was invisible so he attacked me for looking for a describing a good decent man in my profile. No reason to be mean to me. What I said above I did not say to him. I just stated I would not accept based on his profile being invisible.
His reaction did prove he wasn't the type of person I would want to be associated with at all.  I wasn't so polite in my counter response. Then I did block him afterwards.
