Cook For Her And You'll Become Simply Irresistible

Dinner with Benefits

KEY

* = Specially formulated aphrodisiac ingredient

It’s now time to panic. Somehow between "How about my place?" and "8:00?," you managed to blurt out "I’ll make you dinner."

Sure, yeah – it was a great way to get her over to your house… which will make it a LOT easier to sleep with her later… but let’s be honest here.

The last time you cooked a meal, you cut yourself slicing up the hot dogs to add to the mac and cheese and didn’t have any milk to activate the magic powder-cheese packet, so you used water instead.

The result was a little less than ideal.

Not to worry. Dust off your pots and pans and locate your nearest grocery store – it’s time to get cooking.

With a few clever food choices and simple preparations, you can not only impress the crap out of her with your savory creations - you may just trick her hormones into wanting to sleep with you.

Yes – this is about aphrodisiacs. Yes – it may be a load of crap. But you never know – those hippies may be on to something with their "natural remedies." And let’s be honest: you can use all the help you can get.

Step 1: Booze!

Get to the liquor store quick and find out where they keep the wine*. Wine is one of the most reliable aphrodisiacs of all time – it not only makes everything kind of fuzzy and warm, it also stimulates all five senses, and looks very slick in a nice glass. But be careful – one bottle… maybe two, max, is enough. You’re going for "fuzzy," not "asleep."

Step 2: Toss a Salad

The key to a good aphrodisiac salad is in the greens – arugula* has been getting ladies in the mood for thousands of years.

Add some sliced pears, pinenuts* (high in zinc, a natural, uhm, stiffener), and just a little blue cheese. Add sliced avocados* if you’re feeling really ambitious (ever heard the nickname "testicle tree"? No?).

Simple dressing is good on this – like vinaigrette. Italian works too, if you don’t know what vinaigrette means.

Step 3: Meat

Hopefully you were listening to her during your last date, so by this point, hopefully you’ll know if she’s a vegetarian or not. If you don’t remember – call her and ask. This is a nice thing to do. If she’s not, you’re in luck!

Buy some chicken, some chili peppers* (which generate the same physical response – sweating, quickened heart rate – as having sex!) and some other stuff and follow the directions below. Tip: Start cooking the chicken while she’s eating her salad – make a nice spot for her to sit in your kitchen, so she can be really impressed with your cooking abilities.

Be confident; pretend you’ve done this before. To really make a full meal, roast some asparagus stalks* with a little minced garlic* in olive oil for 15-20 minutes to serve with the chicken.

Step 4: Get Messy

Break out the strawberries* and chocolate chips* and enlist her help. Melt the chocolate chips on your stove top (make sure to stir them the whole time so they don’t burn) and then dip, swirl and enjoy.

Both strawberries and chocolate are hardcore sex-stimulators – plus there’s lots of potential for flirting, feeding, licking, "Oh no you got chocolate on your shirt… let me just take that off and put it in the wash for you…"

And you’re there! Straight from dinner to the kitchen floor – if you can manage to flip the TV on when her pants come off, you may just be in trifecta territory.

Sautéed Chicken with Red Chili Pepper

Ingredients:

- 4 medium sized chicken breasts (about 4 ounces each)
- 3 to 6 fresh red chili peppers*
- 6 small red onions or shallots
- 4 garlic cloves*
- 1 stalk lemongrass
- 1 small fresh ginger root (about 1 inch long)*
- 6 cups water
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Remove skin and cut each breast lengthwise into 8 strips. Rinse peppers, cut in half and remove the insides. Peel and slice onions. Peel and crush garlic. Peel ginger and cut in half. Rinse the lemongrass stick, strain, and cut into thin strips.
2. Place peppers, ½ of the ginger root, and lemongrass in a bowl. Using an electric mixer, mix for 1 - 2 minutes or until you have a puree.
3. Add the chicken pieces; mix by hand until the chicken is well coated with the sauce.
4. Pour 6 cups of water over the chicken, add onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cook over a brisk flame for 5 minutes.
6. Serve hot with slices of fresh, raw onion as a garnish.
