Hugh went on to marry, and have more kids (he previously had a wife and had two older children) and all the while his enterprise continued to have huge success. In the 1980's Hefner suffered a stroke, and Christie now plays a huge part in running the company. Over the years Playboy has found huge success and still continues to thrive today, as does the empire's founder. Hefner currently resides in his California Mansion and is currently in his 80's.
