So I'm replacing the hub on my car, front driver side. I'm not trained but have done exhaust, alternators, water pumps and the such so know my way around tools and hardware..so here's the problem...Haynes manual says the bolts are 55 torx and I have a kit ranging from 25 to 60 in torx. (Talking about inverted torx socket bits for those that don't know). The 55 bit is too large and the 50 is a tad small. I know they don't make a size inbetween 50 and 55 unless GM decided to be douchebags. The new hub does not come with new bolts and auto parts stores don't have just the bolts so if I strip the heads on these things I'm screwed......any ideas?? Car is already in the air and tire/rotor/caliper removed....just them 3 damn hub bolts......risk it?

55 is too large, 50 has some wiggle. I figure instead of ruining the bolts by going at them I will fill the gaps in the bolt head with tin foil. I guess its an old school trick but works without stripping the bolt. Thanks for the reply.
