Jus my thoughts. But I think I would talk to a reguler doctor about it before I did it. First it should be completely healed like a year or two at least. Then the outline of the tattoo should co exist with the outline of the skingraft so theres no contrast. As an apprentice I saw my Mentor tattoo a Fireworks scar and he kept it close to the scar. An Eagle in a natural scene then he framed it with tree branches in the healthy skin. It looked like an oil painting brush strokes and all. You will need a tattoo artist as apossed to a tattooist.
