When it comes time to make decisions, do you make them yourself or are there others that you can talk to?
Typically, being this is the Farmers/Ranchers group, decisions are going to mean major changes or a big chunk of change. Do you work alone or do you have others close by that you can talk over decisions with. Do others need to be involved in decisions, if you have a joint operation.
I'm not on here regularly, but will check back next time.
Just curious and thanks for any responses.

My brother made a decision that will have a big impact.
My other brother didn't come into the decision this time.
They both farm together and typically make a joint decision, but not this time.

Sounds like brother made a decision without asking the other brother, because he already had an idea what his answer might be.
My boss always ask me what I think and we usually think about for a while and put a pencil to it and see what the figures are gonna be. But I have a couple times had to make decisions when he was gone, even had to put animals down without asking or tell mechanics to spend thousands on equipment repair.
