Don't get me wrong he is a great quarterback but he didn't go through with showing up sunday and hes acting like the Packers owe him something. All he did was his job, he did it well but still it was his job. I think they have every right to try and get some draft picks out of him, why should they have to just release him?

It's a shame when a player can't just walk away from the game with some grace, and move on to the next phase of life. IMHO.

Hey Hey Hey Hey. Farve is one of the greatest QBs ever. The funniest part about it to me is the Packers actually think they're going to get something out of Aaron Rodgers. I can't wait to the Packers trade him to the Vikings and the Viking take the divsion. Can we say Superbowl now?

Farve is a great quarterback, but do you really think he will do good anywhere else next year, he will have to learn a whole new system, with a bunch of guys he never played with. And do you really want your Vikings to have to deal with him changing his mind at the end of the season on whether or not he will come back the next year. If Farve would have said he wanted to come back and play for the Packers in March and stuck with it then this whole mess would have been avoided. But he couldnt make up his mind then, and now look at the mess he has created. He needs to just walk away and enjoy his retirement.

With the kind of money they're paid, you would think so, but this is about staying at the center of attention, and that only makes a little man out of a big jock. I couldn't care less anyway. As far as I'm concerned, these expendable icons should do their jobs on the field, and then get lost.

I agree He's one of the greatest, but not only is he causing a big mix up with the program but it's completely taking up all the radio time on espn!! I'm sick of hearing about the Farve story every five minutes with info on the MLB trades and other summer camps being inserted in every once in awhile. Sounds like now he isn't going to play though just take 20 million dollars of the packer's money for nothing! which to me makes it sound like it was all about money.
