Actually the homeless veteran could access a dating forum if they went to a local library with public computers... hahaha...
This is serious!
Some homeless would like a home, maybe most.
It would not be correct to say that all homeless want a home.
To vote one must register in a precinct.
This requires an address.
To get a post office box address also requires a home address.
No taxation without representation is not true if heavily taxed combat veterans can not legally vote for their representatives.

I hold back my longer response to your comment and what seems disrespectful.
More than 120 a week suiciding soon after discharge form active duty...
Between 30 and 40 percent of the homeless in this country veterans...
You may be doing well.
Are you willing to add depth to your short comment about many whiners?

Heck yeah! Even if one chooses to be homeless or live in ones car, it should not take away anyone's right to vote if a U.S. citizen.

For those who have not been there and done that I say;
Are you willing to put your life on the line for your country?
If we were invaded and you found yourself in a situation where you had to choose whether you would punk out and give up your country or put your life on the line for what we have now, would you fight or lay down?
I would gladly defend America for the right to sit here and type what I am right now.
If you aren't a veteran and been there and done that you know not of what you speak.
Would you?
