I have been on here a month now and have talked briefly to a few women but nothing has ever come of our conversations. I know there are paysites out there that have plenty of men and women looking for dates. This site is free and there doesnt seem like there are very many people looking to actually go out on a date.

i've been on here for almost two year with not one date. so i'm starting to believe people dont realize its free. Plus i can hardly find people within my age range in my area. Its seems their either to far away for my liking or two young for my liking.

I've been on here since Feb of this year...deleted for a week & came back,lol, & I've had 2 dates & met 3 more friends from here. Plus the forums are good if you know what not to get tangled up in.

ive been here on and off ....no luck, because of distance. The gentleman I am seeing right now..i met thru a personal ad in another site(not a dating site).
So i stay invisible, but come to read the forums.  ...but i dont come here often anymore...Lifes too busy

I think this site has become a crutch for many as an excuse not to get out and meet people. If you see someone interesting on here..send them a note! This is a Wisconsin thread and no one is too far to get to know. Take a chance, at the least, you would meet a good friend and maybe have some fun.
Distance should not be an issue, its an excuse. I have met men from all over the US and maybe there wasnt a love connection but now I have some wonderful friends.

I took a chance and wrote to someone here and I'm hoping to meet him. He is adorable!
So......it's not all that bad! Give it a shot..the worst that could happen is they don't write back or are not interested, but hey, sometimes if you take that first step it will lead to something great!
