 Marital status is huge they must be single. Age can be an issue when you have nothing in common because of the age difference. But I have to also add that I prefer to date someone who is not a liar that actually falls second after marital status.

 Hi. I voted 5th down from the top.

Age, for the most part, doesn't matter to me. However, being that I'm 42, I'm certainly not going to consider someone in the 18-25 demographic or the over 60 crowd. Nothing against those people but I'm not sure that I want to be romantically involved with someone that I'm old enough to be their parent or someone who's old enough to be mine.

As far as maritial status, if I found out someone I was "going out" with was even "involved" much less married and they were trying to keep it a secret (and even if they weren't), I would never speak to them again. My own ethics do not allow for people who are bound to another to be "sowing oats" if they haven't slapped some kind of ending to the previous situation.

We don't know why they cheat, and age is relavent to maturity.
If two people can find happiness and not hurt anyone then let them alone I say.
I'm not going to judge someone that may or may nor have their reasons for what they are doing.
Age does not matter, I've seen some not so sexy "girls" (15-21) and some very hot grandmothers! (40s to 80s)

 I DO NOT like much younger men. They are often immature, impulsive and broke.
I DO NOT like them older (50s in my case) either. They are often sedentary, in terrible shape and I am not going to be a nurse or be the extra retirement income.

Absolutely NO CHANCE if he is not legally single. Wonder how many women know their husbands tell women online that they're "separated" or "not involved," like emotional status counts..
