There have been some of us on here been planing a boomer party for several months. This is going to be in Seymour IN on Oct. 27. It is also gonna be a Halloween dress up party.
This is a small town but we have quite a few motels as we are 1 hour south of Indianapolis IN and I hour north of Louisville KY.
I know where we can have the party at a bar/restaurant and we can get them to play boomer music for us and reserve the place if we get enough people coming. If anyone would be interested you can contact libraryliz or myself and we can make arrangements to pick you up at airport in Louisville or Indianapolis and can make motel arrangements.
Come one come all we are really gonna have a ball. If you do not drink, no problem neither do I.

Sorry everyone I got my month mixed up again. It is on Saturday the 27th not this weekend. I cannot remember what day of this week it is much less what week of the month. This part of getting older I can do without.

I got the arrangements made with the bar/resturaunt. All is set and ready to go and I asked them to put out the word to the locals that a boomer party is comming. Ready to pppppppppaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrtttttttttttyyyyyyyyyyy.

This party sounds like a great idea and if I were free to travel and in your area I would attend (as long as I was invited). If you want a good decorating idea read my earlier posting I made today in the granny panties thread.
