my kids always want me to cook those pumpkin seeds after a carving.
does anyone have a "good" recipe for them? maybe something that softens or puffs them up or something? ...i dislike it when they get caught in your throat.

We always wash them and soak overnight in salt water them drain and lay out on a cookie sheet and bake at 200-250 until they are they are to your liking soft or hard.
