Initially I thought the purpose of this forum was for the 50 plus
to discuss issues, that pertain/specific to our age group. Yes
some topics can be generic, as well as others germain only to us.
In house fighting bantering etc, seems to be all part of the site
in general..leadership if that is an issue could make a separate thread.
Personally, I believe we are all responsible for our own maturity level,
and leadership if any comes from us all in how we conduct ourselves and
set example for the youngsters...but this forum is not about them. jmo
