great job on the honesty. I know when someone tells me I'm not their type, I don't sulk . just move on and chat to other people. "not my type" in my book means I don't find you as the type of person who i'd be attracted to. But what do we know, we only see a picture or two, and on here a picture only tells; not a 1000 words, but just a few. I don't profess to know what those few words are, nor do I think that I have all the answers, nor would I want to know or have them all. That is the fun in getting to know others.

lol... well I don't think I'm doing anything any differently than anybody else. I'm pretty confident in what I'm looking for, so when somebody doesn't fit those parameters... he's not my type. Even if under different circumstances he COULD be my type, doesn't change the fact that he's not my type "now".
For example: My "perfect man" emails me, but he lives 1700 miles away and has his income listed at $25,000. That combo makes him NOT the perfect man for me as neither one of us would have the funds to carry on an LDR.
Now, that same "perfect man" emails me, but lives down the street... he gets a second look!
Fact is, he lives 1700 miles away... therefore... he's not my type. I don't get caught up in "what ifs" or "love knows no distance" arguments. I'm a reality based thinker.
