I practice classic Hatha yoga with some Anusara mixed in. I used to take classes a couple of times a week, but the studio closed. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to build a consistent self-practice?
My intentions are good, I just can't seem to set aside the time to do it every day. I want to, because a good practice makes me feel like I took a valium with a double espresso..... totally relaxed and completely wired at the same time!
