ok-you all know the deal with my son gettin lost in boundary waters...they got back safe-
however......
my son got up this am...sick as hell....103 fever,chills,shakes.lethargic...no appetite,lite headed....etc.
yes they drank river water but boiled it for coffee-no sign of ticks-but a million skeeter bites....
so far everyone else seems to be ok...he missed 3 contract appts.because of this...so not him.....any clues anyone??
told him to get his butt to ER if fever isnt breaking by 8 pm our time....

it could be a tick,they can be pretty hard to find.if its rocky mountain spoted tick fever he better get to a doc quick,it can kill ya.

Maybe somewhere among all those mosquito bites there's a spider or tick bite, but mosquitoes can carry all kinds of nasty stuff too. Isn't that mosquitoes that carry the West Nile virus? It's been in this area for a while. Best advice, get to a doctor clinic or ER even if you have to force him.

hell scruff i went to texas last week and came home sicker that shit
103.8 fever when i went in and they kept my a** till it went below 101
got 2 shots
next day i was fine
but the tick thing
well a few years back i got one on my d*ck and there wasnt any need for extenze or viagra
it swelled up and grew till in size then fell off
