I know i have probably met around 50 people, mostly at events such as picnics, Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas party. and a few other get togethers.
If you have never been to one of the events you really should try to make one. Always good times, and really cool meeting folks you have talked to in the chats.

I can't count them all... probably 50-60, maybe as many as 100. There were around 30 at the first event that I went to... I've met at least 10, maybe 20 just for coffee and went on dates with 3 or 4 in the past 2 years...plus a bunch more at all of the events. I'd say that I've gone on more than one date with 3 in 2 years....not including sharing a ride with Pam to berl's...not a date, just friends. I really just don't date that much.

yep Tom. I think the only announced events that I've missed was the very first one that Chesi and Lola put together and the Valentine's get together at the magnolia. Pretty much made all the rest. Lots of the same old faces and some new ones every time. It's all good.

I have 58 DH members phone numbers in my cell phone. I have met more than 150 DH members, some from the 40's group the rest from AL Chat! I've lost count!

There is the singles monthly dance, the Thanksgiving dinner, the "let's just get together" times, the Christmas party, the Valentine's party, the St. Patrick's Day party, the campout. Some were repeats and some were new. How am I suppose to count how many I have met. But I know that I met the one and only for me.

I now can say that I have met 2 people from the ALA Chat Family. 
I am repeating the same thing that I said in the "what mood are you in" thread.
I have to tell you... I'm in a wonderful mood! I got to meet Sandy and Steve today and they are WONDERFUL! I had the BEST time with them and I really hated for our visit to end. Absolutely... as sweet and real in person as they are on here!!! They are my first "meets" of the Alabama Chat "family". I was honored to spend time with them.
Sandy... Steve... you both are SOOO fantastic! You make a superb couple and I couldn't be prouder than to call you my friends!
It's rained all day... but it sure hasn't put a damper on my spirits!
Today... Life is ALL good!

I've probably met around 30 or so from DHU, but only dated one....for 8 months.....For the most part a great bunch of folks and great friends! Only met a couple that seemed like possible "bad apples"....lol but then there's usually one in every bunch....
Oh....and there's one on here now that I dated a couple of years ago that I didn't meet on DHU.....he's a great guy, but he has cats that he loves and are his "babies"...and I don't like cats in the house so we didn't work out as a "couple", but we have remained good friends!
