Well the concert was great. I'm not even a big country music fan, but I liked all performances and also a few weren't country singers.
For those who didn't know details about it singers perfroming were carrie underwood, taylor swift, miley cyrus, billy ray cyrus, lynyrd skynyrd, zz top, leann rimes, toby keith, tim mcgraw, faith hill, amy grant, michael w smith, jason aldean, martina mcbride, montgomery gentry, luke bryan, miranda lambert, julie roberts, and blake shelton.
Most of them performes 2 songs each. Miley, Billy Ray, Julie only eprformed 1. ZZ Top performed 3. EVERY song sounded great. It soudned as if it was master recordings in some cases because the voices and music sounded so flawlessly done. I wasted too much time fooling with recording some clips of a lot of songs though which was kind of a waste because the video wasn't good (cell phone) and the audio didn't sound as clear as when I recorded other concerts with it.
Sandra Bullock was a surprise guest and acted like she was going to play a song and she basically played the beginnign of one and didn't really finish or sing it.
The concert lasted more than four hours. Also another pretty cool thing was we got to sign this board thingy where all of the performers signed. So it's a board with sigs from the performers as well as any audience member whow anted to sign it (which i did). Although I started thinking hey what if some morons signed fake names on there pretending to be other celebs or ones from the show and then there would be fakes and real ones also. lol
But anyway I'm not sure if that's being auctioned or what exactly, but was an itneresting idea.
In most cases they performed big hit songs also. I ntoiced Miley had a cd come out eysterday so I was wondering if she was going to use this as promotion, but she sang a hit instead. No singer seemed to misuse this to help themselves.
