I don't know if I would change anything. My past made me who I am today. I learn from my mistakes and I'd hope that I don't repeat them in my future.

cherokke, thanks for clarifying. for me, i guess it would be, regret. i know, everyone tries to live with no regrets, but no one is perfect. and if u take the time to reflect about ones own life, there surely has to be some regret. so, for me, i regret anything that i may have said or done that has caused even the slightest pain or suffering, or grief, to those who have meantthe most to me. those who have been there for me. who have tried to protect me and had my best interest at heart. some, i have been able to make amends for my actions. others, unfortunately, have gone on, and i have missed that opportunity to say or show my sorrow over what i've caused them. that's it. regret. plain and simple.

gram - me too.

If there was one thing I could change in my life I guess it would be the way I handled the breakup of my marriage and the collateral damamge that occurred from the breakup. They say hindsight is 20/20.

I have to agree with chopper. I know I have made a ton of mistakes, but if I were to go back and change them I would be minus a lot of great moments and memories.

the mistakes i made in my marriage were terrible and i would change that if possible and not do them things but i learned one hellofa lesson from that and know now that the pain and hurt i caused him was not worth all the regret i feel today and always will feel..i couldn't say enough i'm sorry's when he lay dieing and i hope he heard them although it was not enough and never could be..i am who i am today from making my mistakes but if i had the chance to fix it or correct it,i damn sure would because the guilt it makes me feel daily is horrific..

I would not change anything except for the fact I should have left my marriage a long time ago . I have learned from my mistakes and that has made me a stronger Person . I did have some wonderful times and beautiful memories and I will hold those in my heart forever .
And yes I wish I had more time with my Daddy , My Brother and Grandparents

I think I have only one huge regret I have carried for 22 years. Not telling my husband the day he was killed. I loved him, we had a spat that am. So that haunts me once in a while. Today if and when I am with that special person I will always tell him how I feel.
I think that is the only huge regret I have in life.

There has to be many things to change. I suppose if I narrowed it down.........
First I would have never allowed other people's problems to be mine.
That's a good place to start.
