I wanted to start this thread for our fallen heroes. AS several of my friends are overseas fighting, and for the dozens of funerals I have gone to as a Patriot Guard Rider and for our fallen retired Vets. This was on my mind this morning..
So, post your pics, your stories of those lost.
ONLY memorials here, and stories of those lost, use the other thread for everyday stuff.
Thank you.
This is pretty cool.
This one is soo sad.
I dont know the exact story, I read a few days ago, but the gist is this, the guy touching the suited man, is a friend of the artist as is the man on the outside of the wall, however the other men, are actual men who died and there names are on the wall somewhere, the man is also I believe touching the name of his fallen friend who died in Nam..
The at first wanted him in a military outfit, but the guy said no, better to show life moves on.. I see this at my insurance office I go to for my truck insurance and I will try to get the full story next time I go.

Very sad, been a few more missions this week for our fallen troops, there is one coming up Tuesday in Ardmore for a Soldier killed in Iraq.. I really hate these missions, but I am sad I cant go and show my respect, but my fellow brothers and sisters will be there.
