well as you probably guessed i live in Rockford and every week there are two recreational activities i participate in. the first is laser quest near mulford and east state. there are people of all ages who lay this game. it's fun, good excersise and you get to shoot friends and rivals alike.  games cos 7.50 for a 15 minute match. i usually show up about 7 pm on friday when there are less kids. he other activity is belegarth. a full contact sport using medieval weapons made of PVC pipe and foam padding. it doesn't cost anything and it is a great stress reliever. we meet at aldene park on alpine every Sunday at 2:3-about 7 pm. all ages welcome so come on out and have a blast. it's more interesting to get to know each other face to face. anyone else have any social activities they like doing? let us know!

all ages, kids from around five up to 20 and over. i know 40 year olds who still play this game so it's not just for little kids. around 7:00pm is when most of the older crowd show up and the youngsters go home.
