Take your time. Make certain what part of your body is seeking this relationship. Meaning is it just lust or love... Its just hard for some of us to get back with the program but could be well worth the wait. Be good to yourself...

I count the cost.
In all things I am optimistic but first I count the cost. What is the worst possible thing that can happen? What will I do if it does? How will I prevent it? Once these things are given thought then anything in between is well within my ability to handle, even the worst possible things and I do not let them take up space in my mind.
In my life i consider what I would have to give up in areas of time to give a wife the proper amount of my time. I think cold turkey may be the answer. Pack up and move and start a new life. That would stop all the things i am in just because i have been involved for so long. That would end my to do list around here to. When we were twenty we jumped in for the adventure of life, have we opted for safe now instead? Does that hold us back from having the wild, passionate, adventure of love that is waiting for us?

I dont know if it is a true love? I would have to say its a different kind of love.
My motto is its better to love then none at all.
I just pick up and keep going!

Who said there was true love the first time. True love is like a butterfly and if you are lucky enough to catch one, illusive as they are, I am truely envious.

When I was six years old my mother took my sisters and I to Disneyland. I thought it was the greatest place on earth. It rained just a little on the morning of our second day there and there was no one in any of the lines. One ride after another till we were exhausted. It was the greatest moment in my life and I cried when we had to leave.
Have you ever had a fun time like that and then had the pain of leaving? Did you swear never to go back again because you did not want to face the pain of leaving? Probably not.
What about real pain, physical pain. I like to ski and I like to catch a little air whenever I can. I have crashed and endured the surgery to recover. Have you felt the joy of the wind in your face and the crash? Did you put up a wall so that if anyone invited you to go skiing you would pretend not to even hear him or her?
These seem to be foolish ideas but why do we do this with love?
Oh, I know it is different but why?

I hope I don't put a downer on things, but I did find true love after my divorce. He was the best bottle of medicine I could have found. I ended up loving him more than anyone I had been with in my life. We were together 3 and 1/2 years. He listened, we could talk for hours and never get bored with each other. We enjoyed the same things. He always stopped in for a drink or two after work and I would meet him there after I got off of work. Then I started to see that I was invading his territory. Thats were he went to relax and get the days work off of him. It being his territory I seen that there was a lot of flirting going on. We had a relationship based on respect up to the point I asked him to please quit flirting with people in front of me. "It doesn't mean a thing." Well I took it and took it. Then one day I got my fill and begged him to not disrespect me again. Well needless to say its over. Now hes alone and so am I but my heart and gut aren't hurting anymore.

I dunno if its true love after YET there are so many different types of loves. Surely one of those would be suited properly for you.
True love may not be with one you married either. Yet at that time to us it feels very true.
