i have a friend who is the biggest pig i have ever known.
she don't have much but she has 3 sons to take care of and a low life boyfriend that has a drug problem. they live in filth and the kids are always sick and dirty. if you were in my shoes would you or wouldn't you call CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES. especially if you know that the kids are being exposed to the wrong things. i could type so much more but that's the short version of the story. please get back to me with your thoughts.

Maybe try to talk to her first.....then if that does no good (which it probably wont) then maybe call CPS....kids should never be mistreated because the parents dont care.

i've already been down this road with her 3 times. they lie to CPS and i'm only trying to look out for the kids. i'm at my wits end with this girl. i think i'd be better off just keeping her out of my life that way i don't have to hear about any of the things that go on.

Yeah Gina I would probably have to kick her ass for her f*ckin stupidity....then call CPS so at least the kids could get out of that environment - the only other option is if she has any family that's decent enough to take on the kids....I've seen it too many times and I did step in.....

Call CPS for the kids. Call CPS for the kids. I've photographed health hazardous houses that children are forced to live in by their parents. Get the kids out of there. Now. Just do it.

the rest of her relatives live the same way. in nothing but filth. they are just nasty people with no self worth and i get sick of it. i will go there and take pictures if that's what i have to do. but then again, my own kids won't even go inside her house to use the bathroom and my children are very honest they tell her that her house is nasty and she needs to clean. my oldest son gags at the thought of even going to her house. the yard is even filthy and disgustingly dirty. they have a snake infested pond right next to the side of their home. the kids run around in it all day long during the summer without any shoes and it makes me sick. i have gone out there like 3 times in 5 years. i can't understand how people can keep their kids when they live like that. it doesn't make sense to me.
my heart goes out to the boys and CPS seems like they don't care to take the children from her. believe me she's not the only one i know who lives this way. i myself have clean and happy healthy children. they rarely ever get sick. i keep a very clean home and outside yard. i don't like clutter and garbage piled up in the house. that's another thing that bugs me. this girl has piles and piles of mildew clothes all over her bathroom and garbage that just sits there on the floor with maggots all over. i don't know how many times this girl has called me to ask me how to get maggots outta the carpet and why are they all over the house.
her son crawls all over the floors and i feel so sickened. those children do not deserve to live like that at all.

i hope this time it works, and yes i am very good friends with the city inspector and his family.
i should make that phone call to him as well . i never thought of that thnx so much.

You can also ask the police department to do a "welfare check". Trust me...cops go into a house like that with kids....all sorts of things happen very fast. Good for you for not stopping with talking when you see something that affects children.

stop at nothing to make sure the help comes for that situation. I don't even want to think about how terrible that must be. Have you thought about calling the school. That might help too!

Anonomous call from a pay phone..they don't even ask your name. Enough calls and they do investigate.
