I remember reading about a plan called God's Diet. I know it sounds strange, yet it is also simple. The article said 80% of what you eat should be foods God gave us. This means veggies and fruits, nuts, milk, water, meat and fish. Then the other 20% should be fats, oils and junk. I have only heard of this once or twice, so I am wondering if it really makes sense. Is it realistic? Any ideas about this?

I have never heard of God's Diet but I do know that lumping veggies and fruits, nuts, milk, water, meat and fish in to a general 80% category is way to vague... The United States Department of Agriculture suggests that approximately 50% of your calories come from carbohydrates, about 30% from fats, and approximately 20% from protein sources.

No haven't heard of this diet. I'm vegetarian, and been vegetarian since I was 12. One just has to eat things in moderation, and eat small portions throughout the day. Stop eating after 7:00 pm. Make sure you do some form of exercise most days of the week and on days that you don't workout. Stay active.

gods diet that is interesting.
I use a calorie guide of foods that I like and I eat what I want as long as I stay under 2000 calories.
since I started working at a sub shop I have noticed that my weight has started going down.
eating subs is much healthier than eating fast food
