Finally have a pic to upload....wanted the cross larger and the dog tags smaller but I'll have it touched up - might like some shading, too.

Hello again...
Well to me it symbolizes why I survived two combat tours after a few very scary incidents in Iraq.
There's a Cross - smybolizing God (however, I wanted the Cross to be the most prominent part of my tattoo - I want to have it enlarged)
There are angel wings - symbolizing the angels everyone sent my way while deployed.
And, there are two sets of dogtags symbolic of my two combat tours.
I have it done in black ink because I thought it would be easier to maintain and I like the tribal appeal. However, I'd like to have some shading done.

Finally checking back...
It's my third tat, the first one was a tiny little rose just because I wasn't sure how I would like it. My second was a crappy arm band that we covered up with the black band at the bottom of this tattoo. I was in the Army for 12 years and my tattoo gives me a chance to discuss what it means with others. I appreciate that.
I do feel lop-sided, though. I’d like to get something on my other arm and possibly my entire back done but that will take time and money. =)

...full pc's are truly beautiful, I remodeled a tat shop and put the proceeds to art on my ole lady (at the time..hmmm), the work was wild cats. A lion w/ 7 colors in the cheeks alone for dimension. a black panther head coming out of green foilage ...full back pc w/ snow leapord.....no other display of art like it, took balls on her part (and she had plenty)...truly something I will never forget and she will always be proud of...I love a lady w/ balls..do what you do for you,all respect...Cracker
