I'm one of the very friendly ones in here. You'll find out
who is the cyber fighters and basher's instantly. That's why I
stay out of the forums.... Don't need to hear and read
all that idiotic crap they talk about and the stupid threads they
start like "what do you think the person above you is thinking?"
Damn, they must be bored....... I don't even bother
going in there anymore Period !! and even reading the ignorant posts.
Now some are with intellect but not to many.......
Have a good day and watch yourself in there. (the Forums) They'll eat
you alive in there. Have caused several of the people that became my friends
to leave this site as they were tired of the cut~downs and bashing and
fighting and name calling and cliques in there.....Just a fair warning.

I have tried to encourage people to get out to meet each other, and though I failed at it...would be nice if someone else would pickup that torch and run with it.
I'm surprised that "Iowa Chat" doesn't get more attention from the Iowa Members of DHU.
It would be nice if more would come onboard,and interact with us more friendly ones.

Yes the forums can be wicked at times. I've only had one problem poster. But hopefully that's behind me now. The nice thing about the forums is you don't have to partake in them.
But if you have nothing else to do, and just want something mindless to do, I think some of the topics are fun to partake in. It gets your creative juices flowing, and it's all about having fun. Of course some people have thin skins, and do make it a grudge match.
Do you have any suggestions on how we can encourage other Iowa members to take more interest in chatting on Iowa Chat?
Maybe we should do searches of members in our own locales and email them and encourage them to partake in this group?
Anybody interested in doing that?

I am only passing on the cinnamon rolls because i am trying to keep my girlish figure... But if you are interested in sampling my cooking just head on over to Mapleton... I cook 5 nights a week...
