I use AVG as my security.
I also use Photobucket to
share pics on this site.
Today I got a warning of
a threat from AVG saying
Trojan Horse Generic 10.VPD
What does this mean?

it means your antivirus has detected a virus. or at least, a potetential virus. u need to check it out asap before it becomes a bigger problem. good luck.

you can google .. "trend housecall" for a free online virus scanner .. it also has an extensive database/library on known threats.. as well as manual removal steps.. if you chose to do it manually. the library includes technical details on the compromise.. as well as a general overview on potential compromise.
it never hurts to use more than one tool to scan for vulnerabilities.

I do use other programs
such as CCleaner n Spybot.
When this came up it was in
a box from AVG and than I
clicked on Heal and supposely
that took care of it or did it?
This Trojan Horse was from Photo-
bucket is what AVG said.

This tech site has some info on the virus message you are getting. If you are still concerned that your system is infected, they will take you step by step through a malware removal and prevention culminating with a scan of your system registry and harddrive if necessary.
