I'm a very experienced cook, my poor Mama, God love her, couldn't cook her way out of a paper bag, so I had to learn early & fast. My roomie is a professional chef, so I've learned a lot from him as well. But I'm still proud to say that I can also cook for a small country & still only spend $5 on the meal!
So, lets hear about your favorite, but cheap & easy meals!
Po'Folk Focassia Bread (AKA Fat girl's ass bread)
INGREDIENTS:
1 can of cheap, pull apart bisquits
EVOO (Extra virgin olive oil)
Parm cheese
Your favorite spices.....I like it spicey so I use either Mediterranian spice, Cajun spice, or dry Jamacian Jerk spice. ( No snickers fron the peanut gallery about the Jerk)
Pop open the bisquits, & squish them together into a ball. Use EVOO to grease a baking sheet. Flatten ball of raw bisquits into a rough circle, & liberally coat with more EVOO. Pretend it's a fat girl's ass & massage oil into the dough, making sure to poke your fingers into it. (sorry, but it's the only way I can explain it) Shake on as much spice & parm cheese that you would like. Bake accordionly to package directions. Slice & serve hot.
