1 pkg. of cream cheese softened
3/4 cup of powedered sugar
1 small container of sour cream
1/2 of a large bowl of cool whip (other half used for topping, optional)
mix all these ingredients together with mixer on high until blended well.
Set aside.
Slice 2 bananas and dip into lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.
Use a grahan cracker crust and place banana slices onto pie and covering all
of the crust. Take 1 can of crushed pineapple and drain well,then spread pineapple
over the bananas. Then take cream cheese mixture and spread evenly over pineapples .
You can top with the other half of coolwhip and sprinkle chopped pecans and
marchino cherries on top. Place in icebox for 1 hour then can serve. uum uum good.
