About me
I work as a web designer and server administrator for my own company. I am passionate about doing an excellent job, and very creative about making most things run on "automatic" so I have lots of free time.
Movies that I like, and why
My favorite types of movies are one's with a lot of depth, believable. Oh I like the occasional off the wall adventure, but for the most part, I like in movies, what I like in people, the ability to make me think. One of my most favorite movies was "Cold Mountain", I loved the sentiment and the powerful struggle of the times, and the romance of it... Speaks for itself.
Musical interests
I am totally in love with music, I am deeply passionate about nearly all genres of music. I prefer the soft soul-touching sounds of easy listening. Artists like Sarah McLachlan, Allison Krauss, Celine Dion, and many others of that style. Also am very fond of more modern edgy sounds, evanescence comes to mind. I was raised loving, and being profoundly influenced by bands such as Pink Floyd, Kansas and Styx.
My favorite toy
I recently bought a very nice looking 84 Jaguar XJS. It is already in pretty sweet condition, but I plan on restoring it to it's former splendor! So far I have some of the drive train done (that was a challange lol), and a bit of the interior.
Funny haha or funny...
I tend to have a very bizarre sense of humor! When I get on a roll I can keep you crackin' up, lol maybe to tears sometimes (been known to do it) hehe.
I like things like "Family Guy", "Squidbillies", and stand-up comics. I can relate to Stephen Wright, simply because I too have a circular driveway, and I cannot get out... Oh BTW I have a hobby. I have the world's largest collection of sea shells. I keep it scattered on beaches all over the world. Maybe you've seen some of it. (wink)
What I am Looking For
I am looking for a friend as well as a mate. Someone classy, with a good sense of humor (a nut like me would work lol), relaxed and easy to get along with. I prefer to take any relationships I may find very slow.
