I tend to be rather easy going and mellow and I think of myself as a considerate guy. I'm kinda hairy (although not on my back). I love rock from the last 3 or 4 decades, but I'm really into Yes and Aerosmith. I'm a big Miami Dolphins fan. I'm not a fancy dresser. As a matter of fact, I tend to be pretty casual. I'm very literate and pretty well read. I also love science and history. I love hot and spicy food (the more heat, the better). I own 1,000s of books (literally). I like things that challenge my mind.
On TV I like Crime dramas, Surface (when it was on), Numbers, Science and History, The Red Green Show, Monty Python, Three Stooges, Red Dwarf and some home improvement stuff. Lately, I've been listening to Creed, Nickleback, Mudvayne and Green Day.
I'm of Irish ancestry. The original spelling of my last name (400 years ago) Is Mac Oisdealbhaigh. Believe it or not, I actually know how to pronounce that!
I know myself spiritually better than most people. I have a four-year degree in Business Management. I also taught myself to speak Spanish in three months and have been speaking it fluently for over 20 years.
I am really into natural health and am currently researching data on the subject for a book I'm writing. (I don't consider myself a health Nazi, but I am a label reader.) I love "digging for the truth". I have a pretty good ability to see through the bull_ _ _ that seems to slip past other people. I think most of my friends would tell you that I was helpful and caring. They would also tell you that I have a goofy sense of humor and have been known to spit out a corny joke on occasion.
I’m not a prude, but I do tend to be conservative in my thinking. (That does not mean I'm a Republican, nor am I a Democrat. Yet, I am politically active.) I also tend to lead a somewhat quiet life. Therefore, I have no interest in people who do lots of screaming and yelling.
