About Me:
I love life! I love to laugh, and guarantee can make anyone laugh with me. In fact I am willing to offer an award to any person that doesn't crack up when out with me! "Life of the party" not my own words, but that's the first thing people will say about me.
Life is a gift and every waking moment is full of possibilities. Some say life is a challenge, yes, but is it not up to us to take this challenge and make it an opportunity? I strive to make the most of these opportunities that are presented to me every day in different forms. I am very driven, goal oriented and fully focused on success in all areas of my life.
I believe I have done well so far with my education and my career. Everything I did I put a 110% effort into it and that is what made me successful. Financial security, independence, expensive cars and watches, cool toys but most importantly gave me the ability to help the less fortunate and has lead to me being well known in the community.
Somewhere along the way I noticed that any and all accumulated success is without meaning unless you have somebody special in your life to share it with. I don’t know a whole lot about this Internet dating. What I do know is if there is somebody out there that has a similar attitude about life, I really would like a chance to meet them.
What I Don’t Like:
Negativity spreads like cancer. I chose not to be with someone who is negative all the time. I would rather remove myself from a negative situation.
Not a big fan of condescending people. Regardless of anybodies financial, educational or social status don’t we all bleed red? Who is to judge someone is better than somebody else?
Laziness is not something I agree with, I think it is a waste of precious time. Time is the only thing we can’t get back or produce more of. Live life to the fullest, achieve and spread happiness.
Being less than truthful. Nothing anybody can do or is capable of doing is worse than lying about it. Everybody makes mistakes, that’s how we learn. But adding another mistake on top by lying? Deal breaker. Not to sound rigid but I don’t really believe in white lies either. I’d rather not say anything or make a comment about something nice about the person rather than verbalize a white lie.
Cheating. Think about it: who are you really cheating on? Certainly not the person you are with, chances are they don’t know or may never find out. When you cheat you cheat on yourself, your word, your promise, your commitment and ultimately your honor. I don’t cheat. If I think a relationship ceases to be mutually gratifying I will gracefully bow out. I would expect the same courtesy from the person I am with.
Relationships:
In my opinion women and men are not equal. Clearly women are stronger, more compassionate, more loving, and significantly more complex and yes I will admit, smarter.
Having said that, I practice chivalry to the fullest extent. No lady has ever opened her door, carried anything or had to do something a man should do when I am around. Little romantic gestures or big surprises I feel fuel the relationship.
I recognize I am far from completely understanding women. One thing I know for certain though is when a women is sharing a story with you they are not looking for you to “solve” the issue. They are simply venting. So just listen, I know it is very tempting to jump in and put your two cents in but no. Just listen.
I am fully aware of my responsibility of being a provider and the care taker. Not because women can’t do it themselves on the contrary they probably can do it better than us men! But because I have the ultimate respect for the person I am with. How I treat the person I court is a reflection of my character is it not?
Wow! I think I over wrote too much. Well, if you made it thus far and still don’t completely disagree with me…well you know what to do.
