Personality |
Fitness nut. Curious (why, for example, is there no "retired" choice under occupation?) A worker. Now officially retired. Appreciate spontaneous humor. Cat "owner" just getting back into dogs. First dog was named Red, last dog was Ralph. Had silver spoon in mouth but spit it out decades ago. One son, finishing his Fud in Film. I really liked The Big Bounce, with Harry Dean Stanton telling Willie Nelson (and Owen Wilson and Morgan Freeman) the funniest drunk-person joke ever filmed. Don't hate getting old. What's "getting old"? Went to a super bowl party once in the last two years. Love taking pictures and just bought a Canon digital, but just for fun.
After trying to connect at the forums, I want to say that I'm looking for friends and correspondents more than for romance. I've been married twice and both of my wives died - and I'm still not sure if I've recovered from the second death. I'm very independent. I wouldn't resist falling in love again, even at my ripe old age, because it's such a wonderful trip, but I don't expect to.
More later.
