Why settle for a cowboy when you can have an eclectic CATTLEMAN? I have a crossbred cow/calf operation on two farms & am tree farming on a third. Would like to get back into truck cropping & pastured pigs & poultry when I retire in a few years or sooner. My second farm has a creek running through it great for kids for wading, & catching minnows & crawdads, (and skinny dipping). Or just lay back on a blanket & listen to the rippling water, after a day in the hayfield & a shared picnic lunch, in the shade of ancient hickories & sycamores.

GAMES? I see a lot of profiles that say NO GAMES or NOT INTO GAMES. Well, I like a game of horseshoes, volleyball, checkers, monopoly, scrabble, or trivial pursuit occasionally. Crossword puzzle racing with two heads together on the same puzzle--when the puzzle is solved, we both win. Tag, hide&seek, fox&geese & sled riding with the kids is fun. (And catch-me-if-you-can-&-do-to-me-what-you-want with the one I love.) I'm not much into sitting in front of the TV or in the bleachers watching other people play games. I am a doer not a watcher & I'd rather be doing it than watching it. Life is just too short, too interesting & too much fun for me to spend much of it watching spectator sports, soaps or X rated flicks, but I do enjoy a good movie occasionally. Ideal date is doing what we both enjoy.
My goal is to enjoy life & to leave my farms & the world a better place for my having been here & to help others to achieve their goals.
