I grew up in an Irish catholic family in DC. I have 4 great sisters whom I absolutely adore. I was a bartender and restaurant manager for many years and have had my share of very good times. Recently divorced (5 years ago) after 23 pretty decent years, my ex and I have two grown sons. The baby is a sophomore at George Washington University and his older brother is autistic but is doing just great. I love music, comedy clubs {used to work in one} cinema, poetry, Celtic history, animals, international cuisines, dancing, karaoke, the ocean and pretty much all sports. I'm really good at I've been told...making people laugh and feel comfortable....I'm no stranger to dancing...everyone's mother or aunt wants to dance with me at a wedding...I sing karaoke for fun...I play blues harmonica, mostly Paul Butterfield, James Cotton stuff.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me is my ability to set them at ease. I'm very approachable and openly friendly. I've never met a stranger. My staggering good looks (sarcasm alert) and self deprecating sense of dry humor.
