& REMEMBER this quote right out of the mouth of Ryan in last Thursdays debate: Republicans are NOT interested in supplying HUMANITARIAN aid to people of the WORLD ..... UNLESS it benefits America. So, in other words, unless it benefits America, let the senseless killing & slaughtering of people & CHILDREN across the globe CONTINUE unless Repubes can find a way for OUR ACTION to benefit America. So ..... once AGAIN ..... which is the WORSE of two evils??

Keith listen to the context next time

& let me re-fill you in on the " context " of that response....... since you seem to have " forgotten " what was ACTUALLY said....... Biden had just finished talking about what the Dems & CONGRESS had agreed were appropriate actions to take against the Assad regime, including HUMANITARIAN efforts to the people of Syria caught in this civil war. When Ryan disagreed w/ what the Dems were doing & INCLUDING the humanitarian efforts, the moderator stopped him mid-sentence & asked him if he thought even the HUMANITARIAN efforts were wrong / a mistake. & he commented just like I have written above: that the Republican party & their ideology WOULD NOT provide any HUMANITARIAN efforts to ANY country ( people ) UNLESS it had a direct benefit to America !!!!! & the funny thing about this, is ..... that the Repubes party is one that is supposed to embrace the beliefs of God & the evengelical Right. You show me in the Bible where we are to IGNORE - TURN OUR BACKS ON the plight of the poor & those in need. I wonder who would be MORE RESPONSIBLE for the deaths of millions of HUMAN BEINGS. I pray to God that America will NEVER need the same type of humanitarian aid that the Repubes party is now on record as saying " They will NEVER give out ".

Obama is the less of the to evils in my opinion. Republican or dem doesn't matter. Television is the shepherd n ur living room sheep. Think bout it. Tv n the news spin stories n quotes to control the masses

Obama has proven time and time again that his ideas do NOT serve the best interests of the American people and yet so many are still blind to it. He certainly is NOT the lesser of two evils...he is the evil one. He has done almost irreparable damage to the image of Americans in other countries, we're now over 6 trillion for our national debt having borrowed from China, 90 billion to bankrupt green energy companies who for the most part were his major contributors for his first election, he tripled the number of people on public assistance and food stamps and is damn proud it...just ask him!

Every president inherits some clean up but every president...excluding Carter and Obama...have improved things in their first 4 years not made it worse. He also has a running mate who laughs through a debate...not very classy...and I ask you, what the hell was so damn funny? We're in debt to the point we might never recover and our soldiers are coming home in boxes. I fail to see the humor.

Have a nice day!! and thanks for the reminder Bull!

Keith...if by chance Obama gets re-elected my only solace will be in that it's only 4 years and he can't run again. Be careful though...he could write an executive order and change the constitution...wouldn't be the first time. He has no respect for the ideals our country was founded on.

O Madmadame we can go at this tooth n nail but we both have a personal beliefs. Iam not saying Obama is the best he did however take over the biggest mess in.the history of the US. Worse then the great depression. I dont trust either of them but something scares me bout that robot Romney. May god have mercy on us all

No offense meant Bull but Bush also was heard saying " the Muslims" are our friends - could have fooled me

ALL the past presidents and politicians are to blame for this mess where in. there all bought and paid for.

No zippy...we can't go at this tooth and nail. You have never even had an opinion on why you think Obama is the better choice. Just on his own merits without comparing to anyone else or blaming anyone else, what's so great about him? I'm not arguing or debating here...just asking a question. I can give you lots of instances where he has failed pitifully as a president...so if you've got something specific let's hear it.

Keith, seriously. Like so many people, you take things completely out of context. What Ryan was saying is that under Romney, because of the current debt we have, America would NOT become involved in ANY wars (even humanitarian efforts) UNLESS America was in danger itself. That's very different than what you are saying above. America is losing itself right now, how can we afford to try and save other countries? And history shows, that when we get involved in many of these wars for the purpose of fighting for democracy, it has failed miserably on our dollar and with American lives.

What the democrats are having such a hard accepting is that WE HAVE TO CUT SPENDING! And some of the things that have to go will be painful to some. It doesn't matter who gets in office next term, we cannot keep spending money that we do not have! Period!

Ok Romney has double talked everything from day 1. From his plans on taxes n budget plans to his views on healthcare. Look n take notes of his speeches from.the beginning of the yr to the debate. N yes every president inherited problems but to say those problems r bought n payed for is the most ridiculous statement ive ever heard. I wish there was a 3rd person running cause i don't like either of these 2. If i have to choose id choose Obama. U cant fix the country overnight or in 4 yrs. The US had to ask for money for the wars. Hey did they ever find any weapons of mass destruction? Just a question

madmadame
10/14/2012 1:07:51 PM

LOL....you didn't say one thing...not one thing about Obama that makes him the better choice!!! What is it zippy? Huh? You can't answer the question? Is all you got something negative about Romney? Geesh....I'm going out in the sun and take a nap.

sireena

J'net, it doesn't matter that it's Romney, they would feel this way no matter who was running! The dems are still creaming their pants over Obama. He's not a wet dream, he's been a nightmare. And Zip, no one really expected him to "fix" everything in 4 years, but we sure didn't expect it to get twice as bad. Go ahead and blame Bush...although I don't recall him blaming all the f**k ups on Clinton??? Do you? The blame game has become soooooo boring, cliche and down right stupid! As for weapons of mass destruction? The lefty dumb asses will be gasping in disbelief when it actually happens (and it may be sooner than any of us think)! But what the hell, as your body disintegrates, just blame it on Bush!

Reread it with a clear head Madmadame. I know what Obama has done n i know what Romney is. I'm just sick of it Reenie...sick of this "blaming" bullshit and not taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Plus, the only one who ever at least tries to cite specifics is Keith...even though he gets them a little twisted...lol! All I ever hear is that Obama is the countries best and only hope. Really? Why is that? Just tell me why? None of them can...not one.

madmadame
10/14/2012 1:19:40 PM

what you didn't do zippy was answer the question...you can't, and it isn't silly. This is an important election year and people are very passionate about their beliefs. Those who are most passionate about it at least know what it is that makes their choice the better one.

Take a deep breath sweetie and let it go! Romney is leading overall and/or tied in every other state. Be thankful there are enough rational thinkers left in the US to get Bammy booted!

Hey Cowboy Keith... I posted a Factual Quote by Obama.. the picture is self explanatory... You immediately went off topic with the debates... The Quote and Picture has nothing to do with either debate nor the one coming up Tuesday... As the Rule states if you want to change subject start your own Blog.. and if you want to debate me ... bring it on... Zippy you have your right to your opinion as everybody does... Thanks for your posting... as the same to everybody else... Harry would you show me the quote of Bush saying Muslins are friends... Thanks..
