Is there a difference between Black and African? This is a real question. What is Black? Skin tone? Or is it the nose, lips, hair? But then would that be considered African?

First of all, if you're referring to people, some people refer to themselves as black and some as African American. It all depends on who you're talking to. Me, I'm black. You can't go by skin tone, nose, lips, or hair because there are no pure blacks. Black people have a mixture of other ethnic blood. And as a correction to Geeneelee's post, Africans are ONLY people who are citizens of Africa. As a matter of fact, people of all ethnic background live in Africa.
