found out my uncle passed away

Last anyone had seen him he was strung out on cocaine. He disappeared leaving my three cousins no answers. Well last week my cousin Liz got a call from the authorities in Albuquerque, NM that her dad had been found dead. He had a stroke.
Apparently he got clean and had an apartment and a job at Walmart there but the damage had already been done.
He had an electrical engineering degree and had a good job with El Paso Electric 20 years ago before he got into the snow.
I wonder if he ever came back to my dad's last address only to find the house abandoned and assumed we were all long gone.
RIP Uncle Fabian.
