Go home you wetback! by truckerdaddy915 at 6/29/2015 9:21:01 PM I'm Hispanic from my dad's side and German-Irish from mom's side. When people hear my last name they automatically assume Mexican immigrants. In reality the "wetbacks" in my family are the Krauts and Mics. Hell my German great grandfather was the most wet, he didn't come until 1910. The Hispanic side immigrated to what is now northern NM when the Spanish crown ran the show.

I know a lot of people like that , claim they're from Spain or have roots in some place other than Mexico. I call bullshit. And my ancestors came from England and Germany, but that doesn't make them wetbacks. look back in history a good percentage of them did come from other countries, why do think they were called pioneers? or Colonist?
