They usually aren't free, and the selection pool is smaller so the competition for attention is more intense. I think that you'll have better luck with one of the free big three: DH, POF, and oK cupid.

karrpilot	9/6/2010 7:49:39 AM Plenty Of Fish. Within the last year or so, they shut down their forums. Along with a good portion of their instant messenger services. I liked going into the Illinois events sector, and seeing what, if any, get togeathers were in my area. I went a number of times. Sometimes awkward, but i did have fun nevertheless. And yes, you do run into the same people from time to time. Some of the party hosts were really good and did a great job. Others, it was a disaster. Especially when they showed up for their own parties an hour late.
