HELP ME GUYS!!!!! by azmommiex2 at 10/26/2010 8:45:03 AM TODAY IS THE 26th and tomorrow is my mom's birthday!!! I almost forgot. Im kicking myself because i usually have to put alot of thought into a gift or idea for her. She's one of those people who has everything. Lives a blessed life. She's a great mom but also very busy with her own life right now. Anyone have any thoughtful ideas or creatvie ways to recognize her birthday......not necessarily a gift but gift ideas are good too. Maybe just a special or thoughtful way to acknowlege her birthday so she knows i'm thinking of her and love her!?!? Thanks guys! AZM!

Buy the fixings for her favorite dinner and then go over to her house and cook it for her. Clean her house for her. Write her a letter telling her how much she means to you. There's so many things you can do for her.

waltaz	10/26/2010 12:34:10 PM I forgot my wife's birthday once. I went to a local hardware store and bought a Swiss Army Knife the one with all the gadgets. She kept that knife in her purse until she passed and I gave it to my oldest daughter.

onthelakelady	10/26/2010 1:23:23 PM I got this gift from my daughter. On a piece of fancy compputer paper, she wrote several paragraphs about all the reasons I was a great mom. She started talking about when she was a baby, and all the things as she grew up, and ended by saying that now that we're both adults, we are best friends. It was so loving and sweet. I've framed it and will treasure it forever!
