I've gotten quite lean. 6% body fat, and I'm a lot stronger than I was a year ago.
My hair is longer now than in this pic and I've got more muscle from about 6 months of building since I took it. This one's about 1 year and 1/2 old. Photo-shopped it. I know I have a good classic look in B&W. Took today 07/24 This is a new one. I snapped several and liked how I just simply smiled and it looks good.
