Hey Everyone

The 4th of july is coming up quick. I took it upon myself to get this ball rolling.
Alot of the places I have called about are bookedup for that weekend. Did found a spot
at a State Park here in East Texas called Martin Creek...I drove down an took alook around. They have screen cabins with water an elect. at each one. There is a spot with 3 cabins close together. They told me we could put as many tents on there that would fit. These spots rent for $25 a night for each site.(not each tent)
If this is cool with everyone I will pay the first night for all three sites.

BUT I NEED TO HEAR FROM YALL.... OR

THIS IS FOR THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND

Check out this link - this park is located around the Austin area
Its more in the center of Texas and more might show up if you get a more centered area.

copy n past to see this park - there is a ranger on this site that runs this park

Martin Creek is up by Tyler??

It looks like I'll be around ... my son missed 6 days too many in his first hr. class .... has to take summer school. grrrrrrrr I wake him every day before I leave & we live right by the school. He's worse than a girl ... primping .

Now we can't go back home for the summer.

silkpanties is right. Alot more people might come if its more centrally located. While I'm sure Martin Creek is a great place, its a little far east. I know some of the southern Texas people mentioned coming and that would be a bit far for them.
