Dang, man!
Who needs air-conditioning?
Warning: I'll be plenty HOT when I get there!
Can you handle that? Only one way to find out !!!!

i am 100 miles so of houston. i actually live in Edna but nobody knows where it is so i use Victoria. we have a lake 8 milea away with a state park and a nice park run by the river authority that takes care of the dam this park is nice and has over 125 camping spots, full bathrooms w/showers and washer/dryers to take care of clothes. i know it is really south but i just wanted to throw it out there
Lonely you talking about Lake Texana? It's been years since I've been there. If that's the place I don't remember washer and dryers though. We rode bikes from the camp to some store, which happened to be about 14 mile round trip. GREAT MEMORIES!!!

Hey Everyone
The 4th of july is coming up quick. I took it upon myself to get this ball rolling.
Alot of the places I have called about are bookedup for that weekend. Did found a spot
at a State Park here in East Texas called Martin Creek...I drove down an took alook around. They have screen cabins with water an elect. at each one. There is a spot with 3 cabins close together. They told me we could put as many tents on there that would fit. These spots rent for $25 a night for each site.(not each tent)
If this is cool with everyone I will pay the first night for all three sites.
BUT I NEED TO HEAR FROM YALL.... OR
THIS IS FOR THE 4TH OF JULY WEEKEND
My cousin lives up that way, about 15 minutes from Tyler. However, already have plans for a barbeque here (Houston area), plus I'm not sure if I have to work July 4th yet. However, things could change and I might be heading up that way, since my cousin is also having a barbeque.
